Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Galo Álvarez

Galo has more than 20 years of experience leading investment, management and divestment teams and operations of companies. In his career, he has served as Chairman and Director of multiple companies, both listed and unlisted.

He developed his professional career as Director of Investments in a renowned family Private Equity fund, and previously leading mergers and acquisitions operations and strategy and operations projects.

Galo has a degree in Business Administration and Management and an MBA from the Deusto Commercial University, where he has also taught “Strategic Management” for years.

President

Manolo Moreno

Manolo has extensive experience managing small and medium-sized companies. His field of action has covered both Spain and the United States, where he leads SME operations for a prestigious Private Equity fund of permanent capital.

Previously, he developed his professional career in the field of mergers and acquisitions, advising on purchase and sale transactions of companies in a reputable M&A boutique in Madrid.

Manolo has a degree in Business Administration and Management from CUNEF and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Inmaculada Hernandez

Inmaculada has decades of experience, combining responsibility for the financial and administrative areas of multiple companies.

She has forged her professional career in the role of manager of financial and operational reporting and control systems for one of the most renowned geriatric center operators in Spain.

Inmaculada completed her studies in Business Administration and Management at Loyola University, where she has consolidated a high-level academic profile that she complements with her vast practical experience.

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

José Conejo

José has decades of leadership and management of diverse teams, successfully managing multiple businesses hybridly and remotely.

Throughout his career, he has assumed the role of responsible for operations of various agricultural enterprises scattered throughout Andalusia. In this context, he has been able to form strong teams and build robust external support networks.

José has a strong background in agricultural techniques and in team management and motivation, which has allowed him to excel in the challenging and ever-changing environment of the agricultural industry.
